Several years ago, Traeger Wood Pellet Grills introduced the digital thermostat controller. Because we cook on Traeger wood pellet grills 24/7, we immediately recognized the importance of this new accessory. The digital thermostat controller dramatically improves the way Traeger wood pellet grills cook over the standard 3-speed controller. With the digital controller, you can set the Traeger wood pellet grill on 180 (or 225) degrees and the Traeger Grill will automatically feed pellets to maintain that consistant temperature - allowing you to sleep or go to work! Unlike the 3-speed controller, which must be constantly monitored and manually adjusted to accomodate for outside temperature changes throughout the day and night. Ask any serious Traeger wood pellet grill owner (including us!) and they will tell you this is the tool that will enhance your barbequeing technique. |
